Shailaja – Co-Founder

Shailaja brings over 25 years of rich experience in media planning, buying, and integrated brand solutions across some of the most respected media organizations in India.

She began her career with Sunny Advertising (1997–2006), where she developed strong expertise in media buying, business development, and managing key retail clients across print media. During this period, she successfully handled the Thane branch, strengthening client relationships and operational execution.

From 2006 to 2024, she was associated with The Times of India – Optimal Media Solutions (Medianet), where she played a pivotal role in managing core retail accounts and television channel partnerships. Her work focused on delivering high-impact brand solutions across both print and digital platforms. She was also part of the initiative team behind Bombay Times Fashion Week, now recognized as one of Mumbai’s most iconic fashion events. Princy Sebastian is a seasoned media, PR, and communication professional with over 24 years of experience in crafting powerful narratives and building strong brand identities.

She is known for her ability to transform ideas into impactful stories that connect deeply with audiences. With a strong understanding of the evolving media and digital ecosystem, she brings a fresh, strategic, and creative approach to brand building. Her expertise spans media relations and strategic communications, influencer and digital marketing campaigns, content strategy and brand storytelling, and integrated PR and media planning.

Princy played a key role in conceptualizing and executing several high-impact campaigns, including The Bombay Times Fashion Week, Education Icons, and the Times School Quiz. She has also successfully led PR campaigns for leading TV channel entertainment networks. Over her career, she has worked with a diverse range of clients across industries, helping brands enhance visibility, strengthen reputation, and build authentic audience engagement across platforms.
